Create accurate elevator BIM models faster than ever

You’re not starting out with some test version – we give you access to our actual software. This means you need to sign up, which includes payment information. We will only charge you AFTER the trial period – and, of course, only if you choose the subscription.

The counter registers a project as soon as you define an elevator by entering the basic parameters. An elevator group consisting of several elevators counts as one elevator project.

Don’t worry, you can’t. The system won’t allow you to create any more projects after you reach the memory limit. You will get a notification and have two options: either delete some of your projects or upgrade to unlock more projects. Please note that a deleted elevator project is stored temporarily in the recycle bin at first and still counts towards your total. You must empty the recycle bin if you want to free up memory immediately.

We accept payment via card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.

You can upgrade an active subscription at any time via your customer account, in the “Manage subscription” menu. The change will take effect immediately. The cost of your new subscription will be offset against what you have already paid from the current billing period, effective from the day of the change, with the difference debited immediately.

You probably did not provide a value-added tax (VAT) ID to identify yourself as a business customer when you initially paid on Paddle. You can do this at any time via Paddle’s online receipt system.

A monthly subscription can be canceled at any time, up to one day before the end of the current billing period. Your annual subscription must also be canceled one day before the end of the term, otherwise it will renew automatically. You can see the current status of your contract details at any time in your customer account. You can cancel the contract via your customer account in the app. You can find the corresponding option under “Manage subscription”.
