Refund Policy

GENERAL CONDITIONS for the satisfaction guarantee

DigiPara Elevatorarchitect software, developed by DigiPara, is available on a try-before-you-buy basis. We recommend that you try the software before paying to ensure that it meets your requirements. We offer a free 14-day trial period for this purpose.

If you continue to use the software after the trial period has expired and have not cancelled the contract, we offer you the opportunity to withdraw free of charge within 30 days of the start of the contract as part of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you withdraw within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, you will receive a full refund of any payment already made.

Only conditions:
a) For a refund, please contact our customer service team by email at info@digipara.com and inform us of the reason for your dissatisfaction.
b) This is the first contract for the use of the software from which you withdraw via the satisfaction guarantee.

Your refund should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 10 business days.

Upon receipt of your withdrawal, we reserve the right to deactivate your access to Elevatorarchitect with immediate effect and to delete your data.
